It happens on first load of the pages with slider: on 2 Android Samsung devices (chrome + standard browser) plus 2 macbooks (Safari / Firefox / Chrome)

I’m not sure if the timing of the 1st slide starts the second you hit the page, it takes a few seconds to show the first banner and just as the banner text appears, it slides to the second slide (so you can hardly read the text)

Maybe a pre-loading issue?

It is a problem, since the first slide is typically the most important for branding + message etc.

Please advise (plus also the banner image centering issue here: http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/topic/swift-slider-images-not-centered-on-mobile-or-responsive-views/)

I couldn’t find the “Column window height” setting anywhere. I did change one page’s setting “Within inner column height” to natural (from window height) and that fixed it. But on another page it was already set to natural and setting to window height or back didn’t change anything.

Is this an unofficial update version then? Just don’t want to update and then have this happen again in the next official update…

Will try the update and get back

Hi,

Swift Framework plugin Version 2.2.61
Theme Version: 1.1.0

The client is currently previewing the demo site and I don’t want any potential issues if something goes wrong by accident – so would rather not give you admin access just now (only once the client is finished) to be safe.

However – I’ve tested by deactivating all plugins except Woocommerce and Swift Framework and the problem persists

Please advise of a temporary fix, so I can show the client that the shop is fully responsive (not displaying the columns like it is now.
