which files in the child theme in particular do I need to be updating? I updated the entire swift framework folder in the child theme and it make no difference…

As I needed this fixed pretty urgently, I’ve downgraded now to a wordpress 4.3.1 which has resolved the issue, but looking forward to you fixing this in your next release. I noticed as I was I was troubleshooting whether it was wordpress or dante, that when I had the latest version of wordpress ie 4.4 but the previous version dante, that side bars were missing not only in individual blog posts but also in blog overview, once I upgraded to latest version of dante, the issue was fixed for blog overview, but not for individual blog posts. I am now running wordpress 4.3.1 with the latest version of dante, but would be great to be able to update to latest version of wordpress sometime soon once you’ve revolved this issue. i have attached snapshot of what an individual blog post looks like once I update to WP 4.4 versus what it looks like in WP 4.3.1

the same thing is happening with my site (ie side bars disappearing off individual blog posts), but the update has made no difference… I CAN see the side bar on the blog overview, just not individual posts. I’ve posted a topic on this. Hoping to hear back soon!

I thought it would be visually very self evident.

The slides are meant to look like this with white text on a dark bar. (this is how they have always looked)

Instead any gallery in the shop (ie woocomerce) look like this, ie grey text at random positions over the image with no grey background, making it illegible.

actually, I just realised that only any galleries used in the shop do this so it’s probably some kind of woocommerce conflict…

Great, that fixed the slider issue and your code resolved the problem of the double headings. Could you please also let me know how I can fix the problem the theme now has with not displaying gallery captions properly anymore.

oh wow, and headings on blog posts are now doubling up too… quite a few little hickups in this theme update by the looks of it :/ Have attached a snapshot here.

…and I also just noticed that the captions on the gallery have now also fallen apart (ie they’re now just unstyled text over the image as opposed to the styled white text on a dark background that they were before…)
