I reinstalled the whole website. Not it is working. Obviously was the problem with using http://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-product-archive-customiser/ . After installing this i start expirience issues. So just for information for future users 😉

THE PROBLEM WAS NEW LOGOTYPE! IT SEEMS YOU MUST SPECIFY WITH IN THEME SETTINGS SO IT WONT MESS UP MOBILE NAVIGATION…
