I have just re-uploaded the theme from you, all the customisation I did has gone, the issue with the columns however is still present.

Please advise on how to fix this issue. It seems like there are lots of users on this forum with the same issue, yet no resolution.

Thank you for responding. I am not totally confident with reinstalling a theme, which is why last week I paid to extend support from you guys. Is it possible for you guys to log in and update this for me?
