Thanks Kyle for the reply, about point 1, as mentioned in my question, I’ve referred to that URL from the knowledgebase, and applied the css as suggested in the article, it doesn’t work 🙁

Thanks it worked! May I know if the F.A.Qs link can be removed? I left the field blank but it just showed a blank box when you clicked on it.

That’s ridiculous. Why do I need need to make these server changes in order to upload a thumbnail?

Who set’s file upload to 200MB anyway?
