Hi! I just finished my website that I built with the neighborhood theme and I have to say its amazing! I have one issue however. I use my site for a pickup and delivery service and would like to install a zippcode bar that refers to either a specified url if its in my zipcode delivery area, or an error message if its not (or a different url where I create an error page) Something similar like this https://getprim.com/ (or check attachment) Can you please help me with this? Thank you in advance!!

    Hi!

This sure is possible, but I’m afraid it’s not built into the theme and would have to be modified especially for you. We’d love to help you with this customization but we are only able to provide support for basic theme issues and bug fixes. We do provide support for small customizations but unfortunately this request is beyond that. Please see our general policy and guidelines for more info. You could also hire a developer to help you with your customizations.

    Thank you for understanding!
    Cheers!

Hi Thanks for the response! I understand. For me this function is very important and I would not mind hiring someone to do that. My problem is that I have no clue where to start searching for someone who can do this. Do you have any advice for me? Is it maybe possible to pay you or someone from your team to do this?
I also bought this plugin (http://codecanyon.net/item/wordpress-store-locator-zipdirector/3373967?WT.ac=category_item&WT.seg_1=category_item&WT.z_author=HansFore) which would have the option that I’m looking for however when I activate this plugin my whole website goes blank. I already tried to contact the plugin developer but I don’t get a response back. Would it maybe be possible to give you my login details to have a look at this? Again, I would be more than happy to compensate for this as I understand this is not part of the theme’s support.

    Thanks!

Hi, we cannot help with third party plugin support I’m afraid as the plugin is the reason for the error, so that’s not something we can take care of. If they tell you what the problem is we gladly look at how to improve it.

You can look for freelancers on microlancer or freelanceswitch!

    All the best 🙂
