    Hi Neighbor;

    Need your help for the “you may also like” in product detail page, I set up “up sells and cross-sells” for every product but “you may also like” still doesn’t work properly.

    Correct me if I am wrong..

    Upsells -> the products will be shown in”you may also like”
    Cross sells -> the product recommended in shopping cart (this is worked)

    So, how can I do please? thanks as always.

    Regards;
    Johnny

    Hi there,

    From the looks of it, you’ve hidden the default “You may also like” with custom css, and then added two page builder assets to the page to output related/you may also like – this isn’t something the theme does as standard, so you’d need to adjust this yourself.

    Hi Kyle;

    The link you gave is exactly what I did… but per Ed advised:

    “From the looks of it, you’ve hidden the default “You may also like” with custom css, and then added two page builder assets to the page to output related/you may also like – this isn’t something the theme does as standard, so you’d need to adjust this yourself.”

    so it caused my website can not show “you may also like” properly..

    So could you advise how can I change the system to default?

    Regards;
    Johnny

    Hi,

    It seems to be working fine in here http://place-furniture.com.au/shop/all-products/place-folsom-armchair-cashmere/

    Can you confirm? If not what is the current issue.

    Hi Rui;

    Nope it doesn’t work, the products shown there are not what I set up, they are just the latest created products, I believe your previous investigation is right, the box I used there is not the default “You may also like”…

    I just don’t know how to change it to default “You may also like”.. then the function should be worked..

    Could you please advise how?

    Regards;

    You have this in your custom css:

    .single-product .related.products.product-carousel.carousel-wrap, .single-product .upsells.products.product-carousel.carousel-wrap {
      display: none;
    }

    Please remove it
