Is there a way to use the Yoast SEO plugin with this theme? I have it installed but my page titles are all being populated automatically with the site title.

If Yoast will not work, what other option is there for completely custom page titles and meta data?

Yoast’s plugin definitely works with Flexform – make sure you set it up properly.
