I don’t see it working at all. Can you test with only WooCommerce and the filter plugin active? I’m seeing a JS error relating to another plugin.

I deactivate that plugin with js error.

In the filter (below the categories) you will see Marcas. Click there and you will see 3 beautiful hearts that show you Ajax is working. As soon as them stop you have to see the New set of products where you have the actual ones. That’s doesn’t work.

The plugin url have something to set the Product Class or Product wrapper where the products are displayed in the theme but I don’t know about it… Or maybe there is another ajax problem between plugin and theme. I saw many post about ajax filters and that’s why I ask for help.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I’ve noticed that both the filter plugin and the themes filter use the following css:
    .woocommerce .widget_layered_nav ul li.chosen > *

Unfortunately when having the color filter enabled from yith and having one ore more colors selected, they turn black, just as the active filters from the theme. I don’t know how to undo the !important you have implemented in the css.

    Please help.

    Hi @buckie

Can you provide a link for us to test that?

    Hi,

Suddenly I get this error: No products were found matching your selection. when filtering, even though there are products that should match te selection.
With or without Yith Ajax Product Filter enabled.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.

    Hi Buckie,

What do you have set for the page contents? Do you have a link? Test with the default WordPress theme.

It must be to do with the plugin setup – you’d need to contact the plugin developers for support on the plugin.
