    Hi there,

    Please try adding this css:

    .product-grid .product {
    opacity: 1;
    }

    nothing, the ajax call is not going through… It returns Error with all this plugins… but not the refresh.
    Pls install woocommerce ajax product filter and you will see what happens. All ajax filters returns internal server error.

    Tested and works fine here – an internal server error would be an issue with your setup, potentially hosting or plugin conflict.

    We have numerous customers with ajax plugins without server errors.

    BTW, I deactivated all no essential plugins except for theme related and still no joy with YITH Ajax filter. That only leaves hosting. I’m on wpengine.

    I also tried the css snippet:

    .product-grid .product {
    opacity: 1;
    }

    Can you provide a link to your shop page for me to check if there is anything I can see from the front-end?

    Change the css to this:

    .product-grid .product {
    opacity: 1!important;
    }

    and it will work. You won’t be able to set the shop to full width mode however, as we can’t control the positioning after the AJAX has run.

    Thanks Ed,

    That works. Unfortunately, the full width is kinda important ๐Ÿ™‚

    Is my understanding correct that having full width shop AND ajax filters is something not possible with the theme, or can that be addressed in a future update?

    Otherwise, I have a decision to make, and to be honest, I’m really digging the theme so far. I prefer not to go back to non-ajax filters.

    Thanks

    Hi @asperty

    Unfortunately not – we position the sidebar using our own JS and isotope script. The AJAX plugins don’t take this into account (and can’t be expected to), so all they do is purely replace the products via jQuery. Our functions won’t run on dynamically added content.

    Thanks Ed for the clarifixation. OK that means bye bye sidebar, hello mobile filters and problem solved. Just remains to be seen if customers spot the location of the filters. That’s gonna be fun watching that film!

    Hello Kiki1990, did you do something different in Advanced Options or other settings to get it to work? I’m having no change in the page (buy I think it is working).

    Thank you!

    In the Advance Options you see “Product Filter Init Action” type this
    woocommerce_before_shop_loop:167 This code I have from the adjusted theme frames from Atelier.

    Then I adjusted it with some CSS to look it somewhat better.

    I hope this helps! ๐Ÿ™‚
