WYSIWYG in text block (and white text)

Hi there,

I’m experiencing a little problem with Dante.
When I want to add some text block, the text in is white (I have to select it to see)
and I have the html in “Visual” tab.

The WISYWIG simply disapear !

My config : MAC OS, Chrome (same problem on Safari)

Hi @Charles,

This issue arose in WordPress 3.9, and was fixed on the day of that update release. Please make sure you have the latest version of Dante (v2.56), you can update via Appearance > Dashboard.

Oh, I don’t have latest version indeed.

But I can’t change, I don’t have any option to update Dante in the appearance Dashboard.
Not even in the WordPress update center…

Hi,

I have a similar issue. After Update the text was not white any more, but no Page-Builder.

The page builder is not loading.
JavaScript Error is: Uncaught ReferenceError: switchEditors is not defined.

I tried to remove text, load older revision, but nothing change.
At this Page the page builder wont load.

Is there any possibilty to fix it?

Hi Mohammad,

I tried to clear Browser Cache and to use diffrent browsers.
Nothing change. I cleared WP-Super-Cahe, too.

In frontend everything is fine.
But only at this page there is no page builder in backend.

Copy all Text into a new Page, every things works fine.

To create a new page is not possible.

I there no way to get the old page to work with page builder?
Why is there a Java Script error ?

@Ahlersheinel – Please try to disable plugin one by one and check for issue. Any plugin may conflict.

okay there is a conflict with https://easydigitaldownloads.com and http://ocaoimh.ie/wp-super-cache
If both or only one of thees plugins is active the page builder does not work.
Why does every thing work fine on all other pages, even when i copy all text to a new page?
