Hello, sometimes when the page loads, from slide to slide in the Y space there is some space left, I have to resize the window to fit everything in their position. I couldn’t try it with the latest update. That problem was persistent when using 2.21. Any help will be appreciated. I can’t finish the site with that bug alive. 🙁

    Hi,

I saw that space in the loading process but to me it disappears automatically.

    What browser are you using?

Can you try to clear the cache or check the javascript console when that happens to see if there is any error on it.

    Thanks

    -Rui

    Hello Rui,

using Safari and refreshing the page 10+ times couldn’t reproduce the error (maybe because some fix of the last update?) The problem is that the bug is still there using Firefox or Chrome refreshing cache.

As you has seen the site is under development, so there isn’t any cache plugin enabled yet.

    Thanks for your time.

The issue is because of the sliders taking too long to load – the theme gets the column height on load and this looks to be happening before the slider has finished loading, causing the large space.

If you add a caching plugins such as WP Super Cache – this should hopefully remove the issue by speeding up the slider load.
