Hi,
I have resolved the issue so please check. Translation links are looking perfect in this way. Why do you want insert translation link in custom way while we have this feature? What is the problem with current translation links layout position? If i adjust translation links according you then i need to customize the theme layout from scratch that may cause to break layout in many devices. Hope you will understand.

You can remove the flag and drop down background color. You can insert at topbar but it will not look good.

Please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Header Options -> Top bat right text -> Here you can insert plain language switch links in HTML tag.

Or to make the simplest, how to remove”AUX Links – Translation” (Theme options > Header options) on main menu et display only on the top bar ?

Add your menu html to the field “Header right text config”. And from the header right config remove all the options.
