    Hi @Paolo,

    Apologies for the delay, however as per our support policy, each reply you add takes you back in the queue.

    The products being different sizes appears to be that WPML is altering the outputted image size, if it doesn’t use what is already set in WooCommerce > Settings > Products. This is likely an issue their end.

    With WPML issues, we advise users to take it up with WPML first – as it is a plugin at the end of the day, not something we develop. If the issues are with our theme, then they will contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

    Hi @paololee

    That Product Description field is part of the Product Meta, set on a per-product basis. Usually when you translate a post type with WPML, you create a duplicate version of each post, and then you can set the post meta for each. However with WooCommerce, for some reason WPML does it differently. So instead of using that box on each product, you should use the “Excerpt” field instead – that should work just as you want it to.

    I assure you that the theme fully supports WPML, and this isn’t an issue with the theme. We have hundreds of customers who use WPML on their Neighborhood sites, with complete compatibility.

    First check under the screen options tab (top right) that you have it enabled (last in list) – https://www.dropbox.com/s/4dpvq93ths97zf1/Screenshot%202014-06-19%2000.40.48.png

    Then scroll down your page, you should see it in a box on it’s own.

    Hi ED it works.

    Duplicate products is fine, and it works. Having dealing with WPML for last 3 weeks i got they always recommend to translate from WPML. If i do that, i got the issue with different images size in the shop.

    It’s very tricky and not easy to understand. I was very confused!

    I love the theme i am using, it’s very easy to use and fast, but it will be great if you guys improve the WPML integration. Must be easier then actually is.

    5 strs for the support!

    Thanks for the feedback – unfortunately WPML can be a bit tricky at times, but that is only because it has a very tough job to do, and so much functionality!
