WPML issue with product page

Hi there,

Trying to find the solution around but no luck. So here is the issue.

1. I was trying to make the site Spanish without WPML first. I modified the es_ES.po file and uploaded to the theme language folder. Also configure wp_config according to the guideline. Unfortunately the translation was not working properly. Few of the things translate perfect but not fully. For example: “add to shopping bag” translated for few product not all. So, finally I decided to buy WPML and activated the plugin. The translation issue is still unsolved (just like before) and more Surprisingly none of the product page is working, I can see the product on the shop page but when I click on the product they should go to the product detailed page but they are going to 404. is there any way to solve the issue?

2. On the Admin panel, few of the string is spanish and few are in English.

3. Is there any way to use revolution slider with a product details page?

WordPress Version: 3.9.1
WPML Multilingual CMS version:3.1.6
WooCommerce version: 2.1.12

I cheered too soon…products links take me to 404 error…

Hi,

It seems to be ok, but a resaved your permalinks.

For instance this works fine http://lasacristia.com.uy/product/maracana/

Let me know if you have an example that doesn’t work.

I finally got to solve the 404 error, the problem was wrong configured the permalinks.

The main problem still remains, the translation of the cart page and the checkout page. I managed to translate some of the items at WMPL > String Translations. But here there are strings that are translated that doesn’t show translated in the website. I’m attaching a screenshot of the problem.

Wp-config file setup to es_ES, es_ES.po and .mo uploaded to wp-content/languages, to wp-content/themes/neighborhood/languages, to wp-content/themes/neighborhood/woocommerce/languages, nothing worked.

After hours of attempts in vain, I figured out that in the website the text shows as “Your Order” (with capital O) but in the strings it is shown as “Your order” (lowercase) and this string is correctly translated, so is “Proceed to Checkout” (checkout in the website and Checkout in the strings) so I believe there are some files that aren’t included in the strings. But can’t find how to solve this
