WPML causing backend server 500 error in JOYN

But I didnt do anything weird to cause this. Can you pls help me with this. Only if I disable the wpml-string-translation plugin I can access the backend, but then some stuff isn’t translated anymore probably. I disabled the plugin now by a namechange of the folder (adding _before the name) by ftp.

Please open your wp-config.php file and add this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

This issue was caused because the wordpress-backend language was set to english, while in wpml it was said the site is only in dutch and french.

by switching the wordpress language back to dutch or french it was fixed. Or you can follow the link for more info 🙂
