I had problems with this theme. After installing and navigating the site, my IP is blocked. (I have to reset the router, etc). This is only happening to me when reviewing the site, because when I am administering it, it does not.
Tell me please that I can do to fix it

We aim to respond to all posts within 48 hours (Monday-Friday), but in most cases we usually manage to reply less than 24 hours. We work on the oldest topic first, so adding a new comment will take you to the back of the queue. We do also try our best to reply on weekends if we have time.

We have never heard of this problem, please talk to your hosting company.
