    Hi,

I’ve upgraded the WordPress core and theme and I’ve been having some display issues…

    1. The News page is no longer displaying posts, similarly the archive pages. The formatting on the single posts page is also changed: the featured image padding is off-centre.
    2. On the Consultation & Treatments page the accordion no longer works and the content just lists down the page in one long stream. If you have a look at the screen grab you can see that it’s structured correctly in the page editor.
    3. The map on the contact page no longer displays. The Swift Page Builder seems to be working fine.

I’ve tried a few things to see if I could fix the problems. I deactivated and re-activated all the plugins. I also deactivated the child theme. I created a new News page to see if the posts would appear there, but there was still the same issue.

    I’d really appreciate some help,
    Thanks so much.

    Hi,
You have theme version 3.12 installed. Update to 3.13. After this check all issues and let me know your feedback.
    Thanks
    Mohammad

    Hey Mohammad,

Can you send me a link where I can download that? The Envato Updater and Themeforrest only have 3.12.

    Thanks for your help,
    Orla.

    Hi again,

I’ve noticed another issue: the product images on the single product page are not showing:
    http://www.werkshop.com.au/clients/lakshmi-ayurveda/product/ayurvedic-beauty-care-author-melanie-sachs
The related products are also missing.

    Thanks,
    Orla.

    Hi Mohammad,

    Thanks for that.
I upgraded the theme to 3.13 and I had a look and I’m still having the same problems that I outlined above.

    Hi,

Can you clear your browser cache, everything looks good for me currently?

I tried logging in and the details did not work.

Are you using a caching/minify plugins?

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hi Orla,

    Still cannot login.

    1) Please update all plugins, this is vital
    2) If after updating all plugins, these errors persist please disable all plugins apart from WooCommerce and check if the problem persists.

When you updated the theme, did the auto update fully complete, I can see a JS error on the site?

Your blog posts are there, they are hidden with some CSS. In the meantime, please add this to your theme options CSS input:

    .blog-items.masonry-items { opacity: 1!important; }

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hey,

    1) Jetpack should have this functionality for you
    2) Theme Options => WooCommerce Options => WooCommerce Sidebar Config => No sidebars
    3) Theme Options => Header Options => Show cart aux option
    4) In your theme folder directory /woocommerce/single-product/tabs/tabs.php Edit line 44 and change this $count = 0; to this $count = 1;.

    Thanks,
    David
