Hello Guys,
i have updated with last release wp3.8 – Everything works good, but not media library. When i try to insert an imade in a new post, page or new product after clicke insert new media, the pop is going to open is white … no media inside the library. I have media as you can see inside the admin. I tried to get why and i google it discovering some people has same issue as mine. Could you please guys help me?
I tested the site also with all plug-in off, but the issue is still there.

This does not happen on our installations, so if you need help with a specific problem on your website, I would always need to see your site live please.

Could you tell me your website URL please? You can do so by typing it into a reply.

Hello, i found the issue. Its not about the theme, its about a plugin call WooCommerce PDF Invoice. I have already contact them and notice the bug. I will let know what the result of debug.

Hello guys,
i just got the answer from the plugin support WooCommerce PDF Invoice.
They said that:
he following error message explains the problem..
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1024 bytes)
Basically, you need to increase PHP memory limit. Apparently, you are using too many plugins / features for your current memory limit.
Is it possible?
