WooTickets – Qty Increment

Hi,

The quantity increment buttons work throughout the site, until you go in to a wootickets/events calendar page. They are then unresponsive or are the page URL with # at the end. Sending the user to the top of the page when clicked.

Can this be resolved? If possible I’d like the ↑ ↓ buttons to work throughout the site.

With the default theme active, all increment buttons work perfectly.

Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

Hi Mohammad,

Activating the ‘Quantity Increment’ Plugin only adds multiple increment buttons, which conflict with the themes own ↑ ↓.

On this page for events (http://www.mmasquare.com/event/fight-uk-12), both increment buttons function ↑ ↓ and +/-.

On this page for product (http://www.mmasquare.com/shop/conor-mcgregor-ufc-178-walkout-red) if you select medium, 2 in stock, both increment buttons appear ↑ ↓ and +/-. Also, the ↑ ↓ buttons only increase in odd numbers – 1/3/5/7/9 etc.

Why do you need Quantity Increment plugin? Deactivate this plugin and check for issue.

I thought you had activated it, no worries.

It’s working perfectly on the events page. Strangely, on a normal product page the increment is in odd numbers now?

Select a large on this product, and you can only select quantity by 1-3-5-7-9..
