    Also… can’t seem to find where to add a rule or drop shadow to these thumbnails. Can you direct me?

    Hi,
    Please try to put css to remove shadow at Admin ->Theme Options -> Custom CSS

    .woocommerce ul.products li.product figure{box-shadow:none;}
#product-img-nav li{box-shadow:none;}
#product-img-slider{box-shadow:none;}
