    Hi,
    Please find define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); at wp-config.php at wordpress root installation and replace with define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); . So we can find the error and resolve .

    you and I may have been opening up the admin theme setting at the same time? Shouldn’t crash the site though…

    ok. It was the code we added in the sf-products.php file… I reverted to the old one and it loads fine now…

    So back to the images, I suppose. Next idea?

    I’m trying this now. can you please explain though… I need this working today.

    DO I upload a regular full size image and let WP reduce and crop it? Is that what this knowledgebas article is suggesting?
