Hi I’m tring to set up I guess the mosto complicate part of the woocommerce setting (The shipping class since the website sell in Europe and US) I’m stuck at some point so I don’t know If you can hel me out here or if I should contact them on the offical support forum .. But the problem is that I’m not allowed to use them support forum as you can see on this LINK below

This why for them I need to purchase any of our themes, plugins or WooCommerce extensions … Since I have bought this theme that including this pluging how can you help me to gain access to their community?

Hi Mark,

The forums here – http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce are where you’d be best off posting your issue. WooCommerce is a free plugin, and they provide support for it there.

The link you posted is for their theme support.
