Well, Kyle, If you reply to me this, it does mean that you didn’t check my config…
What did I drop down my credentials here for?
I hope you could help.
Any kind of info needed, please ask.
Thanks.July 23, 2014 at 8:32 am #93963Filter working fine for me? http://www.puntobianco.net/shop/?filter_colore=206
What’s the issue?

July 23, 2014 at 10:19 am #93990Ok Kyle, many thanks for your reply.
I tried to make it work in a new page (http://www.puntobianco.net/bagno/), created as Rui suggested to me: new page > added shop products > added a specific category by slug – then I activated woocommerce sidebar from page meta tab option.
I only see Categories of my woocommerce.
What’s my mistake here?Lastly: is there a why I see this page (http://www.puntobianco.net/shop/) with a blank left sidebar? How did you activate color filter?
Sorry for my question that seem to be silly, but this time I cannot understand how to fix this issue.
I don’t see any widget item in the left sidebar… Please, see attached screenshot.
Many thanks in advance!Attachments:
You must be logged in to view attached files.July 23, 2014 at 10:25 am #93994Let me explain:
WooCommerce widgets will only work on WooCommerce pages, which include the shop page that you set in WooCommerce settings, category pages etc. They will not work on general pages that you create, so adding the products asset in to your page does not make the page a WooCommerce page, therefore the widgets wont work
The sidebar was there before, so looks like you’ve changed something?

July 24, 2014 at 9:40 am #94323Well Kyle, thanks for your useful explanation. I missed that point.
So far, I can assume as true the following two statements:
1) woocommerce pages works with woo extensions perfectly and woo pages are the ones installed with woocommerce; is it possible to consider as woo pages the ones created via shortcodes or not?
2) is there a why this page, which should be the Shop woo page, has no woocommerce sidebar even if it is set to be so?
Probably, since it is the default shop page, it misses something… Would you please check and tell me what’s missing? I know that page is the Shop page as in the woo settings, but there’s no code in it and meta option will be ignored if saved.
Many thanks in advance and sorry for bothering you. But I think there’s some sort of issue with sidebar and plugins… ๐July 24, 2014 at 9:46 am #943251) WooCommerce widgets will only work on autogenerated pages, no pages that you create yourself
2) That’s odd, they are loaded on the page but they fall outside of the container for some reason. Could you try removing all of your custom css to see if that fixes the issue?– Kyle
July 24, 2014 at 9:49 am #94327Ops! Didn’t realize that!
How can I disable all the custom css without losing it?*** EDIT ***
I think the button Export will be useful, right=? ๐July 24, 2014 at 9:54 am #94330Ok, you can go on and test now. I remove quite all the custom css. Please, let me know.
July 24, 2014 at 9:57 am #94332Still the same issue, will forward to the developer

Thanks for your reply.
First, I don’t have Neighborhood, but Dante instead.
Second, it will be very difficult to make a fresh install since website is online and I’m making catalogue right now.
What do you suggest me to do alternatively?
I’ll follow your instructions.
Thanks.July 25, 2014 at 9:54 am #94644Is it enough for your if I disable all my custom css?
How can I modify columns? Can’t remember if I’ve done it before…
Thanks!July 25, 2014 at 12:38 pm #94713@puntobiancosnc – apologies, why is the topic logged under the Dante forum then?
It could have been a change in the woocommerce files? Something like this: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/change-number-of-products-per-row/
Any memory of that?
