Please Rui – I don’t know how to do this!
Can you send me detailed instruction on how to turn off the security mechanism??? I don’t know what you are talking about and this is getting very frustrating.

I also don’t know how to turn it off, you need to check it with your hosting support.

Am I not right in saying that this is a normal login procedure? As in, this is NOT some extra plugin but the mandatory login window of wordpress? I really just don’t know what you mean by turning ‘IT’ off. You showed me a screenshot but I don’t recognise this.

Please can you give me your email address so that I can create a dedicated user account for you to try?

OR alternatively, can you pass me on to another support worker who can help me please?

The problem was in your shop page, you can’t have any content in the page it should be blank.
I already changed it, now you just need to purge the browser cache to see the changes.

If you disable all the plugins so only WooCommerce & Swift Framework are active, your shop works:

You need to disable each one and see which one is causing the issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi there, thanks for replies.
I deleted browser history but shop is still not showing. Am I doing something wrong?
I’m reluctant to disable all the other plugins as they were the ones that came required with your theme. Do you know which one is causing an issue?
    Thanks,

Actually – I just tried to disable all plugins bar swift and woocommerce and the shop is still not showing.
It seems we don’t have a solution yet…
    Can you help?

    Hi,

You just need to clear the browser cache or test in chrome incognito mode, you don’t need to deactivate plugins anymore.
search in google how to clear the browser that you are using.

I’m afraid that isn’t working for me here. Tried various browsers and computers, also after clearing cache.

    See screenshot attached.

Just confirmed that is something in the plugin Woocommerce Events Manager.
It also happens with Twenty Fifteen WordPress theme.

I deactivate the plugin so you can check it working.
