    Hi Ed,

    I’m currently using Neighborhood Version 3.4.50

    it seems this has been fixed in WC update: 3.0.2 – 2017-04-12

    Fix – When duplicating products, do not copy slug, append “(Copy)” to the product name, correctly copy all meta data, and prevent children of grouped products being duplicated too.

    Do you think it’s worth me updating to the latest theme and woocommerce? And in what order should I update them? Woocommerce first, then theme?

    Yes – would definitely recommend keeping both up to date, especially minor revisions after 3.0.0
