    Hi Kofi,

This is a bug due to the zoom plugin not supporting srcset images. We’re currently working on the update for the next WooCommerce update, which completely revamps the image display and functionality.

We can send this over in advance if you need?

    Hi Ed,

I’d really appreciate it in advance with instructions on how best to implement the update manually if possible.

Having the right images displayed is very important for our online shop so it’ll be very vital for us to have it fixed soon as it’s possible.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

Please use this zip – http://swiftideas.d.pr/MFig/4WGywDII and follow this guide: http://www.swiftideas.com/knowledgebase/how-to-manually-update-your-theme/.

You will also need to use the latest WooCommerce release candidate (beta) – https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2015/07/25/how-to-beta-test-woocommerce/. This may not be something you want to do on a live shop however, it’s something to consider.

If you don’t want to use the beta, then we can possibly provide a zip for the theme that removes the theme’s slider – this would revert to the default WooCommerce setup for this area.

    Let us know.

    Thanks,

    – Ed

    Hi Ed,

    Thank you very much!

I think at this stage, it might be best for me to wait for the latest theme update and WooCommerce global update for the fix as I wouldn’t want to cause any extra issue and wouldn’t want to use the beta.

Would you know when both updates will be pushed out?

    Thanks,
    Kofi

    Thanks,

    @kofi

What is your current Woocommerce version? We are working in an update for the 3.0.3 version.

    Hi @kofi

It may be due to an error in the code from one of the recent WooCommerce updates. Please can you advise if you have updated to Neighborhood v3.4.52 ?
