New Landing How can we help? Atelier Woocommerce Plugin/Atelier Conflict Resulting in Slow Performance?

    We’ve been having site speed issues and we’re running out of options on what the issue might be. On our checkout page (we’re using woocommerce) the site just keeps loading and won’t finish the sale. When it finally does, the page goes blank making it look like the user entered no information. However, the order is being placed, but the user doesn’t think it goes through. So multiple orders are being placed. Could this bee a woocommerce conflict with our theme or do you think it is a woocommerce issue? Could it also be an issue with our stamps.com plug in? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active whilst I look?

    Does that include stamps.com? I cannot deactivate that, it will not allow sales. Is there any other way around it?

    Try to deactivate what you can, this issue is isolated to your environment so it’s a case of locating the bottleneck.

    Has your host got any indication as to what is causing the server to slow?
