Dear Swift Team,
We got a complain by a customer today, that international shipping is not correctly possible.
I checked the following problem:
1. The Customer adds a item to cart, goes to checkout and enters his shipping information.
2. The order summary to the right will not update according to his data entered.
Basically it will always show free shipping even if the customer is living for example in Uk, where 2 Euro shipping is correctly entered in the Woocommerce backend.
If the customer uses Woocommerces option to Update his order based on his shipping address in the cart, he will correctly get the shipping costs added also on checking out.
If he does not use this free option, he will get free shipping due to the checkout page summary not updating.
I entered the credentials and page above. In the Site page url you will also find a free product for test orders.
I already checked if this might be caused by our caching plugin, but both sites (checkout and cart) are added to the exeption list and even after deactivating the plugin and reloading, the error will still occur
Glad if you can help us out fast as this is costing quite a bit of money.
