    Hi there,

    I want to use a plugin to create invoices for customers and my accountant. But every plugin I use, gives a ‘Internal Server Error’ on checkout.

    When I disable these plugins (I’ve tryed several) the order proces works again. So it seems to me, the theme gives issues with this specific request for generating a invoice.

    Do you know a solution for this? Because creating invoices should be a basic functionality for a (web)shop?

    Hi Wouter,

    An internal server error is related to your actual server the site resides on.

    Please open your wp-config.php file and add this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');. Then re-test, if that does not work you would need to contact your hosting provider.

    Hi David,

    My hosting provider added this for me, but the issue remains. Due to the different plugins with the same order, it seems to me it is a template error.

    Hope you can check it out? The only problem is, I can’t leave the plugin running, cause the site is already operating. I’m using this plugin for now… https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/

    Could you see if this issue doens’t appear on your server?

    Hi,

    An internal server error means your server setting would need to be adjusted by the host.

    What are you WP login details?

    Can you get us the error logs to see the specific error to help determine where the problem it’s happening?

    I see the error log is 50MB! 0_o How can I send this to you? Now it gives an upload error…

    Hi David,

    It generates invoices now, thanks for this! But if it’s activated I see the following on the homepage…
