    Hi,

    After updating atelier again last night our woocommerce emails are now not working. We do not get a confirmation when some one orders and also cannot send out shipping confirmation emails. Everything was functioning before we updated to the latest version of atelier.

    How can we resolve this?

    Hi Hayley,

    Nothing in the theme would change the WooCommerce settings. Have you checked the emails are not going to your junk mail folder?

    Please add a WP login for us also.

    Hi,

    Please log a ticket with WooCommerce, nothing within the last update had any changes to this functionality – the theme does not interact with the email side of WooCommerce. https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us.

    Hi

    How do I log a ticket with woo commerce? It’s asking for an order number to be able to do this, have we purchased a copy of woocommerce when purchasing atelier?
