    Hi there.
    I get this message from WooCommerce > System Status
    in part Templates > Overrides (WooCommerce):
    Message:
    neighborhood/woocommerce/cart\cart.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.8,

    Please inform me if you need any more info?

    You can update the theme automatically through Admin -> Dashboard -> Upgrade.
