Woocommerce Cart on Page and in Header does not update – Cart works fine

Having a problem with Woocommerce cart consistently showing ‘items added to cart’
in the navigation header and in the sidebar widget.

Example:
– I have 4 items in my cart and the cart page shows the items but the cart icon in the main navigation does not reflect the count and $Total – it says 0.
– The sidebar widget also does not reflect the count and $total – it says 0.

This is happeing intermittently in Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

I have cleared cache and will test on a few more machines.

I just upgraded to the latest Woocommerce – see below. I also have a few ‘out of date templates’ according to the Woocommerce system check:

FROM WOOCOMMERCE SYSTEM CHECK:
– dante/woocommerce/cart/cart-shipping.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.0,
– dante/woocommerce/order/order-details.php version 2.2.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.0,
– dante/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php version 2..3 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.0,

Hi,

Do you have a child theme? If so those files probably need to be updated.
Try to activate the parent theme and check if the issue still persist.

It can also be an ajax conflict cause by other plugin, if the previous experiment doesn’t work try to deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce to discard any plugin conflict.
