Our auto updater has previously experienced massive downtime, so we switched to a new provider. I would think you have never got the auto update as your theme version is running the old update service.
Root Cause: Sure – WooCommerce updated their plugin to 2.5+ which was a very large update with new added CSS and classes. As a result we needed to update the theme to reflect this.
TF Update: The update is under review on TF, the review the files before it’s available to the public, hence the delay.
