Hello,
At some point a while ago, our cart page started getting “messed up”. What I mean by this is that the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button is forced out of the table where it should be, and it is interfering with the ‘Cart Total’ and ‘Cart Subtotal’ areas. I’ve attached screenshots of both the “normal” Flexform cart from your demo and the cart from our site (http://energyefficientdogdoors.com) to illustrate.
I don’t see any settings for the theme that would affect that, and I also can’t imagine why any of my plugins would affect the cart page. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Does your child theme override those WooCommerce cart template files? It seems to differ to our version: http://flexform.swiftideas.net/cart/
Please add a WP login for us to look further.
Thanks.
December 7, 2015 at 10:00 pm #233792There’s very little in the child theme – just changing the colors of the ‘blue’ and ‘green’ buttons. I’ll post the entirety of the child theme below. I’m pretty confident that’s not it.
/* Theme Name: flexform child Description: flexform child Author: Amanda Template: flexform (optional values you can add: Theme URI, Author URI, Version) */ @import url("../flexform/style.css"); a.sf-button.green { background-color: #5C8200; color: #FFFFFF; } a.sf-button.blue { background-color: #2a6ebb; color: #FFFFFF; }

Does that user have administrator rights? I’ll need to access your wp-admin Dashboard.
Thanks.
December 14, 2015 at 3:38 pm #235281Crud, sorry about that. I thought I set you up as an admin, but I apparently hadn’t. That has been rectified.
December 15, 2015 at 5:38 pm #235648Hi,
You currently have version 1.70, the latest 1.8.0 is available now on ThemeForest. Please create a backup and:
1) Download the latest theme zip and update the parent theme.
2) Immediately update to WP 4.4 using notice in your Dashboard. Please then re-test the page.
Thanks.
December 16, 2015 at 4:10 pm #235940I’ve updated the theme, but the issue unfortunately remains.
December 17, 2015 at 6:26 pm #236336Hi,
Can you disable the child theme whilst we trouble shoot this?
Thanks.
December 19, 2015 at 11:42 pm #236659As I posted earlier, the child theme is very minimal, just changing the colors of two of the buttons.
If it’s absolutely necessary, you can activate the main theme while you are troubleshooting, but please re-activate the child theme when you are done with any given experiment. I can’t just leave the parent theme activated, because it makes our site look terrible.
December 22, 2015 at 11:48 am #237046Hi,
Ok no problem – I have looked and nothing is there that would cause that.
Please disable all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce active.
Thanks.
January 1, 2016 at 11:47 am #237864Sorry for the delay, but I couldn’t test the site without plugins until a very low-volume time (I chose New Year’s Eve).
All plugins were deactivated except for WooCommerce as requested. The problem with the checkout page remained. I can tell I was getting a dynamic version of the website (versus cached) because the Woo button colors changed back to defaults (I have the WooCommerce Colors plugin).
Thank you, and happy New Year!
January 4, 2016 at 2:36 pm #238148Hi,
I’ll need to test this also, can you deactivate all plugins and leave them that way so I can take a look? If this is not possible, please ask your host to create you a staging site so we can look at this away from your live site.
Thanks.
