In this Woocommerce updates there were a couple issues, especially for those that updated Woocommerce immediately. That should never be done, it’s always better to way a bit.
At this moment it’s more safer to update, since Woocommerce will upgrade some data in the database it’s always advised to do a backup. If possible create a staging site with the clone of the production and upgrade first in that staging site to check it things still work fine, of course not everybody has the resources to do this.
After updating Woocommerce you should also update our theme and SwiftFramework plugin to the latest version.
