I have tried original theme and removing Neighborhood.
I have found that there are several others who have similar problems. It seems that this is related to the Woocommerce Multilingual plugin. But unfortunately there are no fix for this now.

If I deactivate this plugin it seems to run fine. May the problem be related to memory limit?

If others are having the same problem it is unlikely to be your memory limit. You will just have to keep an eye out for updates for the plugin
