I’m having problems with the latest Woocomerce and this theme.

Orders are appearing as pending then cancelled yet the money is completed in PayPal, the Woo updater says the theme has outdated files in it which are most likely causing these problems.

It also now shows a qty button next to add to basket which it has never done before.

The site is on the latest version of everything.

    Hi,

It seems to be because of your child theme. Probably you have woocommerce modified files. You compare them with the same files in the parent theme and adjust the changes.

It the file in the child theme should be like the file in the parent theme plus your changes.

    Hi Rui,

There are no modifications to this in the child theme, just a style.css and a function.php that alters the wordpress sent from email name. Nothing Woocomerce related…

    Hi Kyle,

It is on the latest version 2.05. The problem still persists.

    Hi,

It’s really something in your child theme like I told before. Activate the parent theme and check Woocommerce system status and you will see.

    give it a try.
