Woocmmerce conflict with the theme?

Hi Guys,

I am using your theme for one of my client. Really nice theme. I am facing one issue and I hope you can help in this matter. I have setup a new WordPress installation -> installed the theme -> imported the demo content as mentioned in the documentation. The issue that I am facing is that whenever I am activating woo commerce plugin, the homepage layout breaks: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0363vgv90e and the chrome console panel shows this error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 406 (Not Acceptable) http://ncgworks.com/wp/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/jquery-cookie/jquery.cookie.min.js?ver=1.3.1
When I deactivate the plugin, everything works fine. Since the theme is advertised to be compatible with woo commerce, I think it should work fine. Only reason I can think of as of now is that I am using the latest woo commerce version: 2.2.8 whereas your theme advertises to be compatible only upto 2.0? If this is the issue, how can I revert back to an older woo commerce version? If you need any login details, let me know as to how I can share them (since posting them here will be public?).

Hi,

This is related with your server security settings, the server is rejecting that file probably because of the word “cookie” in the filename.

Please contact your hosting support to help you change the settings to accept that file.

I don’t know what to tell exactly, I’m not a security expert. 🙁

Just tell them that some setting in the server is causing that file not to load and that you need that file it’s not rejected with a 406 error code.

I currently have an update for Woocommerce v2.2.8.

I also have an update for the Neighborhood theme v2.03. Is this compatible with this version of Woocommerce?
