    Hi

I have added the Layed Nav filter to SideBar One, I have then selected SidebarOne for a catalog page but the filter does not show. However everything else in Siebar One does show but the filter does not.

    Why is this?

    Hi,

It depends on the products attributes. Are those already setup?

The WooCommerce widgets only work on WooCommerce pages (the page you have set as your shop page)

    Hi Kyle

Okay, I understand that by default the WooCommerce filter only works on WooCommerce pages/archives, but does this mean that I can’t use any Atelier features from the Swift Page Builder nor the masonry product layout if I want to use filters? If so, then honestly I am a little disappointed by this.

We have no control over this, it’s WooCommerce functionality not ours, so if you have complaints please report to them

    Hi

Could you explain or screenshot the feature called the “Help Bar”, in my admin enabling it and disabling it doesn’t seem to change anything on the checkout screen. Also rather than being a switch there is a text field in the admin for enabling/disabling this, is this correct? (please see attachment)
