I seem to be having issues with all the woo elements all of a sudded, just in the last hours. here is the report below. Do you have any suggestions?

You need to downgrade WooCommerce: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/developers/ We have not yet released an updated version of the theme that supports WooCommerce 2.5

You should not do a major update until it has been confirmed that the theme has been updated to support it

Do I just delete woo from the site them upload the version previous? Will i lose my work/settings in Woo if I do this?

No, use FTP, go to wp-content/plugins, and remove the woocommerce folder then straight after replace with the older version

No it’s just simply replacing the files, all of the data is stored in the database
