woo comerce shop and cathegories layout doesn't work

Hey Ed,
I need badly your support. I installed the Neighborhood Theme and I am really flashed how much I can do with it. I like it very much. I also installed your demo xml’s. I will use it as a shop, but all the pages works except the shop site, the shop – cathegories, pages in which I use the swift page builder – Element ‘shop products’ everything which is shop I can’t get the right look. I saw your video – everything is clear, I read the complete Documentation, I took the Pictures measurement 540px width – as you recomended and the height is 959px. I put it into the assets of woocommerce, regenerated thumbnails, I searched tru the whole wordpress-installation, but I didn’t find my mistake. Your shop – Demo works so perfectly and mine is just mess with pictures in all different showed sizes. Attachement screenshot.
