    Our website was working fine, but with an upgrade from Swift, the entire site is now not showing in Internet Explorer. Sometimes it says ‘This page can’t be displayed’. Sometimes it says ‘Build an incredible website in minutes [purchase now]’. Any tips?

    @PingX – Sounds like a browser caching issue, are you running any caching plugins? Please purge all if so.

    What OS and IE version are you seeing this on.

    Hi David,
    Our users are reporting this on different versions of Internet Explorer, some have emptied cache, others are first time visitors, so it doesn’t appear to be a cache issue. Some are getting an error message, some are getting the leftovers of a Cardinal template message. You are welcome to look yourselves at kau.nz. Can you please confirm what is happening with the theme?

    Hi,

    I am testing this on Windows 10 / IE 11 and it looks to be working normal.

    Leftover old theme styles would almost certainly be caused by cached JS/CSS assets or by a cache plugin.

    Could you provide any screenshots or specific OS version to test this on?

    I still cannot replicate – what version of Windows are you using on your PC? That above is a Windows Server right?

    Please clear your browser cache/plugin caches and any CDN’s you maybe using.
