Wishlist not working

Dear Support,

I checked previous threads before posting this but I can’t find a solution.

Problem: When you click on the wishlist star nothing happens.

Things I checked:
– There is a public “wishlist” page that contains “[yith_wcwl_wishlist]”
– At Woocommerce-Settings-Pages the Wishlist page is selected
– In the attached image you can find my woocommerce wishlist settings

I made a login account so you can view the website:

Hi there,

Just checked and getting “Error occurred while adding product to wishlist.”

This may be a plugin conflict, or even because of the maintenance mode. Can you temporarily disable it to check?

Hi Ed,

I disabled and even removed the maintainance plugin, but no luck. I got no extra plugins installed besides that one and the ones needed for the theme to run.

Can you try changing WooCommerce > Wishlist > Use cookies to be the opposite of what you currently have set?

It’s either that the cookies can’t be set, or the database can’t be written to from the plugin. This isn’t a theme issue, but a setup issue.

There was a new update for the wishlist, now it’s partly working..If you add something to the wishlist the wishlist isnt updated untill you refresh the page. If you go to the wishlist the “add to cart” link doesnt work. There’s also a weird block on the right of every item:

The wishlist is not being refreshed until you refresh the page, that is intentional.

For the other two questions I’d like to check the issues out on your website’s backend 🙂
