    Hi guys,

I was just about to go live today when one of the dev. testers highlighted an error with the Wishlist functionality:

You can add items to the Wishlist and view them when you hover over the Wishlist icon in the top menu (see attached example). However, when you click on the “View Wishlist” from the dropdown tab there are no items on the Wishlist page (see attached example).

Any suggestions as to what could be causing the issue?

    Kind regards,

    Daniel

    Hi,

That’s strange, can you make a quick test by disabling all plugins except Woocommerce, Wishlist plugin and SwiftFramework.
Clear the cache and test again.

    Hi Rui,

Disabled plugins as suggested, cleared history and cache but still have the issue. Tested on various browsers and still the same issue.

It is worth noting that this issue has only been present since the update.

    Kind regards,

    Daniel

It’s working fine in my server. Can I give a try in disabling all plugins except the 3 I talked above?

This could be a cookie issue. Although the WordFence is disabled in my testing see the response that the wishlist page is getting when it loads, you can see the wordfence word and if the plugin is disable guess it shouldn’t be there.

Can you check if your hosting added any additional cache mechanism?

    Hi Rui…

I will check with the host providers.

It’s worth noting that I only added Wordfence two days ago. The issue with the Wish List has been ongoing for the last week or so.

    Kind regards,

    Daniel

Not sure but the hosting can have a default cache mechanism that can be causing this.
