Windows Explorer Problem 8 and 9

Hello,

I have created a page in WordPress.
In Chrome and Firefox, the page looks completely normal, but in Explorer 8 and 9, the templates are moved and i can´t click some buttons.

It’s about the WordPress theme Dante from your Website.

I have WordPress 3.8.3 and Dante Version 2.15

I have tested the website with Windows 7 and explorer 8 and 9.
But Explorer version 10 everything is running properly.

I recorded a video of the problem:

How i can fix this problem?

by the new update on the website, the photos of the employees are moved. How can I push as before the photos again.

before the update, the photos were on the website of the employees. Now all the photos are in “View profile”.

How can i change the Photos from the “view Profile” in the first page?

Before the Update we had only 1 problem (the Explorer 8 & 9), after the new update we have now 2 Problems.

This is very important for me to resolve this problems.
