    Hi-
Updated both WP and PP versions and widgets no longer show up in the sidebars. Tried:

    – emptying page and site cache
    – deactivating/reactivating plugins
    – switching widget selection
    – switching sidebar selection
    – creating and selecting new widgets to show
    – creating new page and recreating layout
    – switching theme back and forth between parent/child theme

Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide!

    Hi,

WordPress 4.4 is the cause of this, we have a fix in place and we are issuing the updates currently for each theme.

    Thanks.

    Hi @ralloux,

Are you using a child theme?

We released an update to go with WP 4.4 to fix this issue last week.

If you are using a child theme, please update those files within using the files from the parent theme.

    Thanks,
    David.

The site we had issues with is using a child theme, and we can confirm the update DID fix the issue. Thanks!

    Hi, thanks for the reply!
yes I am using a child theme.. but if i replace the files on the child theme with those on the parent theme, all changes done on the child theme, will be discarded ?
Or am I missing something here?
do I have to replace the style.css on the child theme too??
sorry I am bit confused maybe..

Updating the files on the child theme too, DID fix the issue
BUT had to redo all ‘child’ work except style.css which I did not update.

    Hi!

I have the same issue. According to the Theme page I have version 1.67 installed and I don’t have any child themes installed to what I can see. How can I upgrade to a version with this fix?

    Thank you
