Widget Drag and Drop Issue

Hello,
1.  We’re experiencing placement issues with widgets when dragging and dropping.  This issue makes it difficult to correctly place widgets in the appropriate section.  Could you please take a look?  Access info has been provided.

2.  For Product Category page, how do we change the title background image for Hero tab?
In theme Options > Shop Options, the following settings have been set (click for screenshot).  Currently it displays the featured image for the category instead of the title background image.  Any ideas on how to fix?

Hey,

1) I can use your widgets fine, is this isolated to just your Appearance => Widgets page? Or somewhere else? – You may want to try clearing out your browser cache.

2) You can change that image by editing the category itself. Dashboard => Products => Categories. Click ‘Edit’ under the desired category then upload a new image.
