White spacing and line elminiation

I have two questions on the same page.

1) In the individual 8 boxes at the bottom of the page (the ones with the widgets and icons), the spacing is too close to the top line around the boxes. I tried to put pt and various values in the “extra class name” box, but nothing changed. What else should I try?

2) Is there a way to eliminate the line above those same 8 smaller boxes? The material in those two spaces is related, so no separation is needed.

Thanks Mohammad. I’m attaching a screenshot of the issue I’m describing. There is an unwanted line above the text-blocks–is there a way to remove that line?
