    I just tried to update the theme for Clique. Twice I had to call tech support at my server because I only get a white screen. Right now I do not have Clique installed because if I do and update it, I get the white screen. Please advise.

    The only solution was to have the whole website uninstalled at the server and reinstalled with a different file extension and to reinstall the theme and update it. now it works. I want to install the demo as detailed in your documentation. I hope it doesn’t screw up anything.

    I did not get to install the demo because when I refreshed my page after updating your theme, I got the white screen again. UGH!!!

    Delete the theme from your file manager and reupload latest one manually.

    Can you provide your ftp details?

    Ask your hosting support to install PHP 5.3+

    This will resolve your issue.
